Google Classroom Data: List of enrolled courses, coursework items (assignments, announcements, materials), student submission status, deadlines, and assigned grades.
Telegram User Identifier: Your Telegram numeric user ID to send you direct notifications.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information solely to deliver the core functionality of the Telegram bot, which includes:

Sending timely notifications about newly published assignments.
Sending notifications when new announcements or posts are published in course streams.
Notifying you when grades are posted or coursework is returned by instructors.
Providing reminders about approaching assignment deadlines (e.g., 24 hours and 2 hours in advance).
Allowing you to view course details, announcements, and deadlines within Telegram.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
TGClassroom Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising or any purpose other than providing educational notifications to you via Telegram.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted in an isolated database to maintain your connection. Access tokens are automatically refreshed and can be revoked at any time.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

You can disconnect your Google Account at any time by stopping the bot or using the /start menu.
You can immediately revoke access via your Google Account Security Permissions.
To request complete deletion of any stored identifiers or tokens, please contact support.
